Refunds, Exchanges and Customer Credit

To expedite your request, please contact Customer Service through our Contact Us link or email us at: customercare@ninacheyenne.com and indicate the reason for your return. If your purchase is eligible for a return for refund/exchange, a return UPS label will be issued and emailed to you.

Failure to contact Customer Service prior to returning your merchandise may delay the processing time for your request.

Merchandise must be returned and received within 30 days from the order date to be eligible for refund/exchange or will be denied by the corporate office and full responsibility will rely directly on the customer for the purchase amount. No refunds or exchanges will be granted exceeding 30 from the order date EXCEPT for pre-order items. Pre-order items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, un-altered, and must have all tags.
